Apple Cider Vinegar Diet week 1

Here is my week 1 result, I weight this morning 124 lbs, did I drop some weight? I am not sure, since 2-3 lbs of water weight I gain and loose all day along. But while I was talking to my other friend keitha, she told me she recently to cut out an article on Fergie (not sure from which magazine) it stated that Fergie's personal trainer had her on apple cider vinegar, and she sees a difference in her stomach. Wow.. humm. well I will stay on this diet for a while longer to see if it will really help. I do realized that when I drank the vinegar it seems like I get full faster. Boys and girls.. it really did not taste good at all. The first time I drank it it with 6 oz of water, it made my eyes water.. ="(

I will up date again next monday to see if my weight will drop some more.

p.s. I eat normal, mostly Chinese food very little fried food. I was told that you do not have to be on a diet to drop weigh, it's hard to believe but we will see.

New Makeup look, using Mac's New Makeup Artist collection

My new makeup look, I really like it. Very pretty blue and Purple by using Mac's newest collection, here is what I used:

Eye base: UDPP, Maybelline cooling cream eye shadow in cool as cucumber. Violet trance, Rose blanc

e/s: White frost, haunting, Parfait Amour,Violet trance, Rose blanc

eyeliner: Gel eyeliner true black (via ebay or coastal scents), ardell wispy lashes

Face: Mac NC 30 studio sculpt, Refine golden bronzer, Star naked limited blush, Stila concealer in medium.

Lips: Snob mac lipstick, dazzleglass stepping out

These new eyeshadows haunting and violet trance are so pretty in the pan but they don't really have the right color payoff, but nothing a little cream eyeshadow can't fix. =)

Apple Cider Vinegar Diet

Starting a diet today, a girlfriend of mine told me she takes shots of "Spectrum Apple Cider vinegar" everyday, in 4 weeks she lost 15 lbs. Please note this girl is only about 115 lbs and 5'3" now she is down to about 100 lbs. Yeah.. I know you are going to tell me she is not over weight why bother with the diet. What would a BIKINI model do? Plus no chemical just natural stuff so I decided to give it a try. As of today, I weight 126 lbs and 5'5", I will let you know the results every week to see if I lost any weight..~ peace

What is a best look for swimsuit photo shoot? natural? Or smokey look?  I personally love the smokey eyes look, I think if we to shoot on the beach somewhere it will be better to do the natural look, but indoors?? What do you think? I am doing a web shoot on easter sunday. Its going to be hot!!

Totally sucked!!

  So, the shoot this pasted wednesday got canceled. The photographer Rick canceled on the day of, so I had to call the models and reschedule everything. Right now I don't have a photographer.  What to do CHRIS??? I better figure something out very soon before I get busy!!  Just incase if you are wonder what the ad looks like, here is the one from 2008 =)

  I haven't post in a while, but here is a bit of news.  I have a photo shoot this wednesday, it's for my ad that is  going to be in the Hooters magazine this year. I am super excited, not only I will be  show casing my swimsuits, I will be doing the makeup for the models as well. One of the model is blonde, so she will be wearing a light blue smoky eyes and the other one is a dark hair girl she will be wearing brown basic smoky eyes.  I love "Smoky EYEs" can you tell??? hahaha.. I like my models sexy and hot, smoky eyes is the way to go. =)  Here are some of the suits that will be show case in the shoot.

My Playful little girl!

  For some one who is only 4 years old, she sure know lots of things. She is super brave, outgoing, and also major misbehaving. Just today she felt and took down the whole computer rack at daddy's store, YES with all customers there.  I was super angry and yet I felt bad for her. After she felt, she sat there with her little face turned red and terrified. With tear in her eyes, she said" Mommy I am sorry!" What would you have said to her? I swallowed the anger, picked her up and checked  to make sure she is not hurt any where.  

  Arwen is super sweet and  she was born to be on stage.  Her and her dance class performed at a Chinese function this past weekend, after the dance every little girl gets off the stage.. well except Arwen.  She decided that she wants to talk into the microphone, so she took the mic from the MC lady and told hundreds of people in the audience what her name was and happy new year everyone. It wasn't taught, there wasn't any rehersal. She did it herself?? Wow.. I am impressed. She loves it. She said she want everyone to know her name and she loves it when people claps for her.

Yeah.. so here is what I picked up in the last few months.. Different techniques on how to apply make up. I promoised that I will have picture posted, so here it is =)  What do you think?

I love Bahamas.. yeah who wouldn't? In the middle of december I went on a little business trip to the Bahamas. The American dream swimsuit Competition is held there every year. Bright sunshine, beautiful white sand and ocean, yeah I enjoy my trip there every year. 

   This year I met up with my old pal Laura, since we haven't seem each other for a long time, it was great to see her again =) My other roommate Megan super sweet girl and I also had a great time.  There was one night we all went to Atlantis's night club and guess who I saw?? Brittney C. don't know who she is??  She was Miss hometown hottie Maxim 2004, weird huh? We just randomly ran into her. Yeah she is one of my customer =)

  Hang out with beautiful contestants all week is my kind of fun =)

  Emma is away and far away, I talked to her once in awhile online and I miss her so.. But she will be back to visit in april.. I can not wait! Main while everyone is doing great, Mike's business has picking up some and so have mine. Lets hope this is going to be a great year.

  Its always great and exciting when the swimsuit season starting, meet lots of new people, new customers.  Recently, I just picked up a new hobby, Makeup!! Yeah.. I know shocking huh??  I just like things that makes girls look good.. well til next time. I will post pictures soon =)
